Rates and Rental Information

All rentals are 7 days - from Saturday to Saturday. Check in begins at 4:00 pm on the first Saturday of your stay. Checkout is no later than 10 am the following Saturday.

There is usually an extra $150 cleaning fee; we include it for free!

Payment: To secure a reservation, a $300 deposit is payable via personal or cashiers check. The balance is due 30 days prior to check in. For your convenience, you may also pay via Paypal or Venmo.

Sunquest Property Group (Brigantine Quarters Management service), will send a map and check-in instructions by email prior to your arrival.

We are sorry, but no pets are permitted at Brigantine Quarters.
